Novice T1 Warriors Dominate Sarnia Sting
At Sarnia Saturday, the Novice T1 Warriors dominated all three periods to defeat Sarnia 2-1
The Warriors travelled to Sarnia on Saturday, handing them a 2-1 loss in a game that was dominated both offensively and defensively by the Warriors.
Hardy Westman was rarely tested, but came up with some huge saves early in the game before his team got their legs.
Zac McCann opened up the scoring with an end-to-end rush, while Kayden Schooley scored the eventual game winner, assisted by call up player from the Novice T2 team, Adam Windsor.
The Warriors got into some penalty trouble in the last minutes of the third, killing off a two man Sarnia advantage with solid play of the Warrior defence.
The Warriors travel to London to visit the Nationals on Wednesday, the first of a round-robin playoff series over the next few weeks.
