Solid 2-1 Victory over London Knights Gold
The Stratford Perth Auto Dismantlers AA Atoms stopped their recent slide with a solid 2-1 victory over the London Knights Gold this past Sunday. Goaltender Tyler Parr was outstanding in net as he managed to keep the aggressive London offense off the board until his teammates were able to get something going. Sean Chisholm gave the Warriors the lead with a nice rush down the middle and then beating the London goalie with a strong move. Dean Jackson’s goal on a well-placed shot, gave Stratford a lead they would not give up. Assisting on the goal were Sam Davey and Chisholm. Parr cemented the victory with numerous saves off scrambles before his shutout bid was ended in the third.
