2 Weekend Games with Similar Results
Two weekend games resulted in similar results for the Stratford Perth Auto Dismantlers Atoms. On Saturday in London the Warriors displayed little spark, as they were dumped 4-0 by the London Knights Gold in AA action. Goaltender Jared James was quite busy in net and made several excellent saves to keep the score respectable. On Sunday, it was the league leading London Green team who came to play and fired more than 30 shots at goaltender Tyler Parr. Parr was strong in net but his teammates never got untracked, as they were defeated 5-1. Malcolm Mcleod roofed a wrist shot to break London’s shutout bid and Andrew Maguire played an energetic game for the Warriors. Regular season play ends this weekend for the Atoms who will have their hands full in the playoffs.
