Winning Streak Continues .... now 5 in a row!
The Stratford Parlour Best Western Peewee MD Warriors entered the Argyle Arena on Monday night to face the London Bandits Orange squad.  With only two lines to work with, the Warriors needed a full effort from each player and got it.  Rookie James Drake opened up the scoring for the Warriors halfway through the first period with a feed from Parker Wamboldt.  Drake then returned the favour midway through the second as Wamboldt scored a "highlight reel" goal by deeking through 3 Bandits and then shelving the puck past the helpless Bandit goalie.  Ryan Carruthers picked up the second assist on Wamboldt's goal.

The Bandits scored late in the second period, getting by the Warrior goalie, Kayden Buck, to bring the score to 2-1 leading into the third period.  Six minutes into the third period, the Warriors struck again with a solid effort from Nicholas Ruttan in tight to the Bandits goalie.  Wamboldt picked up the assist.  A minute later Drake would add his second of the game with helpers going to Carruthers and Wamboldt.  Although the Bandits managed one more goal in the third, Kayden Buck proved to be too much in net turning aside 28 shots in the game and helping the Warriors to a 4-2 win.  The Warriors improve their league win streak to 5 and are one of the hottest teams in the division leading into the Christmas break.

First year player James Drake is proving to be a valuable asset to the team having a huge three point night with veteran sniper Parker Wamboldt on fire with four points on the night.  MacCauley Ross is finding his stride providing some huge hits and heads-up plays on defence after being sidelined with injury and illness to start the season.  The
