Warriors down 5-1 in their 8 point series
Stratford Warriors Canadian Tire Major Bantams lost 3-1 to the Sarnia Sting on Saturday. Sarnia opened the scoring 17 seconds into the game and then added 2 more to take control with a 3-0 lead. The Warriors got an early third period marker from Blake Pickering assisted by Jacob Kompf and Joe Gioia. Stratford out shot Sarnia 19-16. The Sting now hold a 5-1 points lead in the 8 point series. Next game is in Sarnia on Sunday.
