Bristol Semi-Finals
The Stratford Canadian Tire Major Bantam kicked off their eight point semi final Alliance "A" series against the London Jr. Mustangs with four games in the past week, and find themselves down 5-3 after a 3-0 loss in game four Sunday at the Allman Arena.

Stratford went into the third period tied at zero, but lost their composure with penalties and defensive zone miscues in the loss.

In the series opener last Sunday at the Allman Arena, the two teams battled to a 2-2 draw. Dylan Hall scored with 4:43 remaining to tie things in regulation, and a five minute overtime period settled nothing. Blake Strickland and Jared Searles picked up assists on the tying goal, while Ethan Scrimgeour assisted on Joel Denotters opening goal, seven seconds into the game.

Game two was last Thursday in London, and the Mustangs opened up a close 3-2 game in the third period, downing Stratford 5-2. Strickland, from Everett Hawkins and Kolton Debus, and Caelen Eveleigh, from Scrimgeour were the offence for Stratford on this night.

Game three, Saturday afternoon in London, saw Stratford erase a 2-1 third period deficit on goals from Hayden Arms and DenOtter, to even the series at three points each. Scrimgeour scored the first Stratford goal, with assists going to DenOtter and Eveleigh, while Strickland, Carter Lewis and Trent Zorgdrager also had helpers on the final two tallies.
