Motor Product Minor Midget Warriors were eliminated by the Waterloo Wolves on
Wednesday evening 6 points to 2 after a hard fought 3-3 tie. Jarod Fleming
played a strong game in goal turning back Waterloo numerous times. Ethan
Scrimgeour got the Warriors off to a strong start scoring just over a minute
in, assisted by Brady Burdett. Eric VanderEyk scored the second Warrior goal on
a rebound off a Kobe Robinson shot. Burdett scored with under 2 minutes
remaining in the game to tie things at 3 on an assist from VanderEyk and
Griffin MacDonald. Overtime settled nothing and the Warriors lost the series on
points. The Warriors now move into the single A playoff round.
