WARRIORS CONTINUE TO CLIMB STANDINGS
The Holloway Automotive Minor Atoms posted 3 points in 2 games this past weekend and continued to climb in the overall standings. As of Nov.1 the boys sit in a logjam tie for 5th in the ultra-competitive Seeded League portion of the schedule.

Saturday at home the boys didn't have their best effort but were good enough to earn a 1-0 win over Burlington. Hish scored off a beauty outlet pass from bam-bam Cam. Walters earned another shutout as he stopped everything he faced.

Sunday the boys travelled to London to face the first place Junior Knights and came up with their finest TEAM EFFORT of the year. Brenzil tallied both goals to help earn the boys a 2-2 tie. Bowlsey was solid in net allowing just 2 PP goals, one of which was re-directed. The D shut down the fast-paced Knights while the forwards worked hard defensively to thwart much of a sustained attack by the home side.

The Warriors are now 4-1-2 over their past 7 league games, a stretch that has seen them record 3 shutouts and allow only 7 goals. A continued commitment to strong defensive play will be needed in the final weekend of Seeded League play where the boys host Waterloo and Woodstock.
