After a loss on Grey Cup Sunday to Cambridge, the Cherrey Bus Lines Minor Bantam A Warriors are back on a winning streak having defeated three London teams at home this week. On Tuesday, the team beat London Bandits 3 - 0. After two scoreless periods, the Warriors rallied for three goals. Owen McLeod started it off with a shorthanded goal, assisted by Jared Prekup and Liam Kelly. Maverick Petrie then scored on the power play on a feed from Josh Hill. Kelly made it three, with Prekup and Sean Hood Tidman assisting. Ryan Van Dam earned the shutout.
On Wednesday, the team trounced West London 12 - 5. The team was led by Brandon Taylor, who had a hat trick. Maverick Petrie, Liam Kelly, and Greg Hansford each scored twice, with Kelly adding three assists, Petrie adding two assists and Hansford adding one. Prekup, Hill and Metelski rounded out the scoring with Prekup adding three assists, Hill two and Metelski one.
