Minor Bantams MD's serve up North London another loss..
Stratford’s SCI Contractors Minor Bantam MD’s notched another game in the win column on Sunday afternoon in London. They met the North London Nationals for the second time this week and came away the winner again with a 2-1 win. The Nationals came out strong and scored the game’s first goal in the first minute. That would be the only scoring they would see for the rest of the game. Megan Jesse was solid between the pipes and did a top notch job of shutting them down. Connor Franke scored a very decisive goal in the second period with the assists going to Owen Brooks and Cole McKay. That was followed by another quick goal from Peter Williams unassisted. The Warrior defence of Jacob Ney, Garrett Wells, Steven Tuer, Mark VanDam, Sean Dolan, and Jack Ratz all did a fantastic job of checking and holding back the Nationals attackers.
