Written by Dave Graff. The SMHA Perth Auto Dismantler Major Atom Rep team were on the losing end of a 3-2 decision to North London in Alliance hockey action at the Allman arena on Sunday.
Despite carrying much of the play in the early going the home side found themselves down 1-0 after one period. Early in period two winger Zachari Carman stole the puck in his own end and after a great individual effort buried it five hole from the high slot to tie the game at one. A London goal later in the period restored the one goal lead for the visitors entering the third period. The Warriors again carried the play early in period three but a London player got free behind the Stratford defense and made no mistake to up the visitors lead to 3-1. Carman added his second of the game from Spencer Eidt and Zach Freeland just seconds later but despite some late chances the Warriors were unable to complete the comeback.
