Special teams key in win over Bulldogs
Written by Dave Graff. The SMHA Perth Auto Dismantler Major Atom Rep team avenged two earlier losses against first place Burlington with a convincing 6-2 road win in Alliance Bristol minor hockey action on Saturday.

Some excellent puck movement and fortunate rebounds led to two first period power play goals from Zach Freeland and Owen Duiker to give the visitors a 2-0 lead after a period. Caleb Musselman, Zachari Carman and Jack Whitehead assisted on the goals. After the home side drew within one early in period two, Duiker netted his second of the game with a hard shot top corner restoring the two goal Stratford lead. Erik Smith drew the lone assist on the goal.  Later in period two Caleb Musselman went top shelf short handed on a nice feed from Carter Stock to give the visitors a 4-1 lead after two periods. Carman and Braydon Tinning, on a nice backhand top corner, scored third period goals for the Warriors with assists going to Freeland and Duiker. Goaltender Tallyn Soper was solid and made some key pad saves off teammate miscues to keep the Warriors ahead throughout the game.
