The SMHA Perth Auto Dismantler Major Atom Rep team picked up a point in a 0-0 tie against Woodstock on Sunday after falling 3-1 to St Thomas on SaturdaySunday at the Allman arena Warrior goaltender Nolan Traynor was outstanding along with his Navy Vet counterpart as neither team could find the scoresheet despite several great scoring chances.
The forward line of Caleb Musselman, Erik Smith and Braydon Tinning buzzed around the visitors net throughout and the defense pairing of Jack Whitehead and Michael Tigani setup several good chances for the backend.
On Saturday at the rec centre the Warriors found themselves down 3-0 before Caleb Musselman netted a third period power play goal from Smith and Tinning. Despite carrying the play for the majority of the contest the Warriors were unable to put anything else past the St Thomas netminder to gain any momentum for the homeside.
