Two Losses for Warriors
This past weekend seen the Neumeister Motors Ltd, Tier II Novice boys team lose two games to their London foes, the West London Hawks and the London Bandits. The team is in a bit of a funk right now going through the first multi game losing streak of the season.

On Saturday, the Warriors played host to the West London Hawks and came out on the losing end of a 8-4 game. Ellis Schnurr opened the scoring for the Warriors with assists to Nick Wagner and Dylan Abel. Liam Ollson then scored the second goal of the game with help from line mate Logan Hallock. Wagner potted the Warriors' third goal of the game from Sam Binns. Wagner also played a great game on defence providing good defensive play all game. Schnurr scored his second of the game, assisted by Tyson Cassone. Lachlan Stanley started the game for the Warriors and played well in net.
On Sunday, Argyle arena in London was the setting for a battle with the undefeated London Bandits. It was a tough game for the boys and the scoreboard didn't necessarily reflect their overall play. Rowan Smith provided a great defensive effort up on forward for the Warriors, while Matthew Benner and Jordan Keane showed tremendous hustle all game. Ollson scored the only goal of the game for Stratford, unassisted. Shots in the game were fairly even but the Warriors couldn't capitalize on their opportunities. The upcoming week is a busy one for the Tier II team with three games in four days.
