Great Game for Warriors
On Sunday, the Warriors played the undefeated London Bandits. It was the third game in London in four days for the team and was one of their better efforts all year. The boys almost handed the Bandits their first loss of the year by fell by a final score of 5-4. Liam Ollson opened the scoring from Sam Binns and Zach Scrimgeour. 

The Warriors took a 2-0 lead on Ollson's second goal of the game with help from Logan Hallock. Ollson, Hallock and Aaron Jones had a great first period offensively and Liam Eddleston played a solid defence. In the second period, Ellis Schnurr made it 3-1 for Stratford assisted by Dylan Abel and Lachlan Stanley kept it that way going into the third period with several timely saves.The Bandits came back to make it 4-3, then Zach Scrimgeour scored from the point to tie it up. The Warriors almost tied it up with 20 seconds left in the game but rang a shot off the post. In the end the Warriors fell 5-4. Brody Cowen played a good third period in net as did Nick Wagner and Jordan Keane on defence. The boys get a break now until the end of the month when they participate in a tournament hosted by the West London Hawks.
