The Perth Auto Dismantlers put their undefeated regular season record on the line when they played host to the London Purple Mustangs on Wednesday.

The Warriors jumped out to a 1-0 lead on the strength of a goal by Jonas Schmidt.  The Mustangs responded with a goal late in the 1st period to knot things up at 1-1.   The 2nd period saw the Mustangs go up 3-1 on a pretty 2 on 1 passing play and a loose puck rebound. Responding in the 3rd period, Ethan Martin got the Warriors within one on a strong power move off the wing.  Goaltender Campbell was pulled in favor of the extra attacker with 1 minute to go in an effort to gain the equalizer but to no avail.
Sam Jeffries displayed his burst of speed on several occasions creating scoring chances for the Warriors, while on defence, Avery Thurston kept several plays alive inside the Mustangs blue line with choice decision-making.

The Major Atom Perth Dismantlers entertained the Cambridge WinterHawks on Sunday.  The Warriors got on the board first with a beautiful 3 way passing from Ethan Martin to Jonas Schmidt and Jared Gould finishing off the play.  Cambridge got one back before the period ended on a nice passing play of their own.  Luke Heisz’ shot from the point found the 5 hole to regain the lead for the Warriors.  Colton Gibson kept the puck in and made a nice pass to Cole Meadows in the slot. His one timer found the back of the net to push the Stratford lead to 3-1.  A pretty pass from Liam Hill to Sam Jeffries gave the Cambridge net-minder no chance to make the save on the fourth goal.
A gratuitous bounce lead to the Hawks second goal and they got one closer with a power play marker early in the 3rd period.  Martin restored the 2 goal lead pouncing on a loose puck at the face off dot and rifling one home.  Gould made a heads up pass to a streaking Schmidt who split the D and went glove side to double up the Hawks with a final score of 6-3.  Accurate passing and solid team play secured the win for the Warriors.
