Rheo Thompson Warriors Lose Close Battle Against Huskies
Maddyx Chaput lead the Rheo Thompsom Warriors with a goal and 3 assists as they battled the Hamilton Huskies on the losing end of a 6-5 game.

The Warriors found offence from 5 different goal scorers on Sunday as they would find themselves consist with the progression they have shown all season long. The boys would open the scoring late in the 1st period on a lone rush by Maddyx Chaput as he made no mistake finding the back of the net, raising it above the Huskie netminder's blocker. Hamilton would quickly answer back to end the 1st period in a 1-1 tie. This was the tone of the game as it continued to go 1 for 1 the entire rest of the game. The boys were looking like they were going pull off the win, only to have the Huskies tie the game, and find the go ahead goal with 0:26 seconds remaining. Also scoring for the Warriors was Ethan Priestap. Liam Benton, Andrew Davis and Rem Hruden. Hruden also earned an assist. The player of the game for Stratford was Maddyx Chaput.

Final season action for the Warriors will be this weekend as they play their year end tournament in Aylmer.
