Warriors Clinch Spot in Alliance MD Championship Tournament
This past weekend saw the AJ Jackson Construction Minor Atom MD team clinch first place in the Alliance West division and also clinch a spot in the Alliance Championship tournament to be held in St.Catharines in April. 

The team ended the regular season with a 13-4-3 record. On Saturday the Warriors defeated the Oakridge Aeros 6-4. There was no scoring until the second period when the Warriors opened a 3-0 lead. Liam Ollson lead the offence scoring the first two goals, both assisted by Rowan Smith. Owen Chadwick scored the next goal for the Warriors prior to heading into the third period. Oakridge came back to tie it 3-3 and then Matthew Benner and Spencer Murphy scored ten seconds apart to regain the lead for the Warriors with five minutes to play in the game. Luke Jackson scored the final goal of the game. Also getting on the score sheet with assists were Nick Wagner with three, Murphy with two, Liam Eddleston, Logan Hallock and Zach Schultz. Goaltender Lachlan Stanley played a solid game for Stratford. On Sunday back at the Allman, the Warriors tied the West London Hawks 3-3. Dylan Abel lead the team on the offensive side of the puck, scoring the first two goals of the game. The first was a nice solo effort and the second was assisted by line mates Ellis Schnurr and Smith. Hallock scored the third goal of the game for the Warriors with Chadwick drawing the lone assist. Ryan McGill played a steady game in net for the home side making several big saves.
