Bantam call-ups Kaden Brame and Ethan Pearce each scored their first goals at the Midget level, with Aubrey Carter, Cole Lewis and Tyler Wagler netting the other goals. Matthew Barber picked up two assists, with singles from Jonas Schmidt, Ethan Scrimgeour, and Wagler.
Back at home, the Warriors welcomed the Hamilton Huskies to the Allman and came away with a 7-3 victory. Curtis Ball earned the victory in goal and played another solid and steady game behind the Warriors defenders. Issac Deline and Wagler with two goals apiece paced the Warriors offence, with singles from Jacob Hall, Schmidt, and Lewis. Hall led the team with four assists and five points, while Scrimgeour and Schmidt each added two helpers. Singles from Caleb Arent, Lewis, and Barber rounded out the scoring.
In the calendar year finale, the Warriors hosted the St. Thomas Jr Stars on Sunday at the Allman. The Warriors scored first, but the Warriors found themselves knotted at 3-3 in the dying seconds of the game with the Jr Stars scoring all three goals with the man-advantage, including two goals with the Warriors down a pair of skaters. With just three seconds to go in the game, Wagler fired one high to the glove side for the winner, with Issac Deline picking up the assist. Deline also picked up a goal in the game, with Lewis and Arent rounding out the Warriors scoring. Nole Musselman picked up an assist on Lewis’ goal.
