written by Dave Graff The Stratford Holloway Automotive minor atom rep Warriors ran their Alliance Bristol division winning streak to 10 games with two more wins over the weekend.
On Saturday in London winning goalie Tallyn Soper stopped a Bandit breakaway with just seconds left on the clock to preserve a 3-2 Warrior victory. After a quiet opening period the Warriors picked up their play and were rewarded when Erik Smith finished a three way passing play that started in the Warrior end, giving the visitors a 1-0 lead. Braydon Tinning and Nathan Graff assisted on the goal. Smith added another second periord marker with Tinning drawing the assist and after the Bandits tied the game early in the third, Caleb Musselman scored the winner with assists going to Tinning and Smith.
On Sunday the Warriors defeated visiting West London 4-0 with Nolan Traynor recording the shutout and Colten Cowen scoring the eventual winner late in the first with assists going to Owen Duiker and Brody Jeffrey. Duiker than added the natural hat trick with two goals in the second period and one in the third to close out the scoring. Zach Carman, Zach Freeland, Carter Musselman, Tinning and Graff added one assist each. The Warriors will try to make it 11 wins in a row when they visit Oakridge on Monday night.
